We’re hiring a Contingent Recruiter to join our Korn Ferry team, embedded with a leading Financial Services client. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll own contingent hiring through an MSP model while delivering end‑to‑end recruitment across high‑volume operational roles.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage contingent hiring through MSP (vendors, agencies, payroll providers)
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume frontline roles (e.g. Contact Centre)
• Partner closely with hiring managers to drive hiring outcomes
• Oversee contractor lifecycle, extensions, and compliance
• Balance speed, quality, and governance in a complex environment

What you’ll bring

• Experience in MSP, contingent or temp recruitment
• Confidence managing stakeholders in fast‑moving, structured environments
• A delivery mindset – you know how to hire at volume without compromising quality
• Strong communication and commercial awareness
