Role Overview:
Frontline role protecting users on advanced digital platforms from fraud, abuse, and harmful content. Every decision directly impacts trust and safety online.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Moderation – Review and enforce platform policies, handle escalations, and assess user appeals.
- Risk & Abuse Prevention – Detect scams, spam, suspicious activity, and emerging abuse patterns.
- Fraud Investigation – Monitor for fake accounts, payment fraud, and chargebacks; escalate high‑risk cases.
Requirements
- Experience: 6+ months in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, or Legal.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred Skills: Familiarity with AI products, investigative tools, and adaptability to evolving policies.
