We are looking for a Content & Media Assistant to join our team and support our day-to-day content and media operations.

This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with visual content, has a good eye for aesthetics, speaks English fluently, and is comfortable handling a variety of routine content-related tasks.

• Search for high-quality and relevant images for our content and projects.
• Work closely with our Media Team on selecting and organising visual materials.
• Make simple edits and updates in our CMS.
• Handle basic content configurations and other straightforward administrative tasks.
• Help keep content visually consistent, accurate, and well organised.
• Use AI tools to support and speed up everyday tasks.
• Take care of various small content-related tasks as they come up.

• Fluent English — comfortable communicating and working in English on a daily basis.
• A good eye for visuals and aesthetics — you don't need to be a designer, but you should have a natural sense of what looks good.
• Comfortable searching for and selecting images and visual materials.
• Patient, attentive, and able to stay focused on repetitive tasks when needed.
• Organised and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working with AI tools — you don’t need to be an expert, but you shouldn’t be afraid to experiment and learn.
• Basic computer skills are enough; no advanced technical background is required.

• Experience with any CMS or website editor.
• An interest in media, visual content, photography, design, or digital content.
