Title : Consultant – Instructional Design & Facilitation No. of positions - 1 Location : Delhi Key Responsibilities: Content creation for gender transformative education (GTE)projects Create training workshops, tools for GTE projects including for partners Project management and stakeholder management Dissemination of reports, program information, program publications and process documentation on regular basis internally and externally Undertake field visits to conduct research and provide technical inputs and feedback to improve the quality of projects implemented on the ground Specific Knowledge, Skill & Experience Required: Instructional design, and facilitation skills Should have publications and curriculum developed in their name, or co-authored 10-15 years of relevant experience of working with/or in partnership with the government Good understanding of gender, education, GTE, rights and issues Able to develop publications, and facilitate sessions in Hindi and English Strong partnership management including with academics, subject matter experts, government stakeholders and CSOs Ability to write clear and concise reports and proposals and to meet required reporting deadlines Tenure: This consultancy role requires availability for a minimum of 15 days each month and will be effective from 20th July 2026 to 19th April 2027. . About Breakthrough: Breakthrough works on culture change by shifting social norms that limit women and girls from reaching their full potential. We work with adolescents and young people aged 11-25 years aiming for an entire generation to shift and push for change.

Over time, we have worked with more than 5.4 million adolescents and young people, aged 11 to 25, to encourage aspiration, agency, leadership and negotiation through our work in schools and communities. We also support them with media tools that shape public narratives. This has resulted in a generation of young people shifting to think and act in confident, intentional ways.

Girls are negotiating to stay in school, delaying marriage, exercising choices around life goals, stepping into non-traditional career paths. Boys are stepping up to contribute, support and uphold equal rights for all. This gives hope that a more equal world is possible for future generations.
