Job Description Job Description Construction Apartment Housekeeping – OSHA 10 Required Location: Las Vegas, NV Pay: $16/hour Job Type: Full-Time Job Description We are hiring housekeeping staff to perform apartment and unit cleaning on newly built or renovated apartment complexes and active construction sites throughout the Las Vegas area. This role includes apartment cleaning as well as general construction site housekeeping as needed. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

This is not residential house cleaning. Responsibilities Cleaning apartment units on construction sites (final clean, touch-up clean, post-construction clean) General construction site housekeeping as needed Sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and removing debris Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, stairwells, and common areas Keeping work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready Following all job-site safety rules and procedures Requirements OSHA-10 Certification (Required) Previous housekeeping, apartment cleaning, or commercial cleaning experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment Physically capable of: Standing for long periods Moving up and down stairs Lifting and carrying cleaning supplies and equipment PPE required (hard hat, safety vest, steel-toe boots, safety glasses) Reliable transportation (must have own vehicle) Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Additional Information Full-time hours available Early morning start times may be required Consistent work for reliable workers Attendance and reliability are extremely important How to Apply Please submit your resume.
