The role requires coordinating multiple projects in various stages (lifecycle), ranging from $100K-$3M+ in size and scope. Office-based position in The Woodlands, TX area Overview Create and Manage Design, Engineering, Manufacturing and Installation timelines Manage schedules, client requests, site requirements Coordinate all sub-contractor related projects (bidding, contract awards, invoicing) Main POC with Clients, Manage all site related issues, provide guidance, trouble-shooting Experience with Estimating methods, Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications Ability to negotiate contract terms & conditions Ability to support and manage multiple projects (likely 10-20, various size and scope) Ultimately responsible for overall success of projects Desired 2/4 year degree in Technical Discipline, or equivalent experience PMP certification is desirable, not required Previous Project Management experience preferred, 3-5+ years Strong Communication skills Experience MS Office Suite (Excel), ERP/CRM software (manufacturing related, Salesforce for example) Position is mostly in an office environment (not a fit for someone needing to be in the field regularly) Keywords: Project Manager, pre-engineered structures, Manufacturing, Specifications, Estimating, subcontractor coordination, ERP systems, safety compliance, project execution EEO
