Job Description Job Description Job Title: Construction Project Manager Location: Houston, TX Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $130K - $180K plus bonuses Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ground-up or interior build-outs, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is skilled in managing client relationships, schedules, budgets. Responsibilities: Manage all phases of construction projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

Oversee field operations to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Lead weekly project meetings and produce regular status reports.

Review and approve contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and invoices. Ensure projects meet or exceed performance goals related to timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction. Maintain thorough project documentation and close-out packages.

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
