Job Description Job Description Counter Sales Representative – Roofing & Construction Materials (Bilingual) Location: Miami, FL Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $18/hour to $21/hour + 2% Commission Now Hiring: Counter Sales – Construction Materials We are hiring a Counter Sales Representative with experience in roofing, flooring, or construction materials . This is a hands-on role working directly with contractors, walk-in customers, and daily material orders . Ideal for someone who has worked in a supply house, distributor, or building materials environment and understands fast-paced counter sales.

What You’ll Do Assist walk-in contractors with material orders and product selection Sell roofing, waterproofing, flooring, and related construction materials Create invoices, quotes, and process orders using QuickBooks Handle incoming calls and order requests Maintain awareness of inventory and product availability Coordinate with warehouse for pickups and deliveries Build relationships with repeat contractor clients What We’re Looking For Experience in roofing, flooring, or construction materials sales Previous counter sales or supply house experience strongly preferred Experience using QuickBooks (required) Comfortable handling invoices, orders, and inventory Bilingual English / Spanish required Strong customer service and communication skills Why Join Stable, consistent schedule Commission opportunity on top of hourly pay Work with established contractor accounts Company Description We are committed to providing personalized, high-quality staffing solutions that meet the unique needs of each business we serve.
