Conflicts Analyst/Supervisor

You will also be responsible for supervising a team of Conflicts Analysts and providing guidance and support as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct conflict checks for potential new clients and matters - Analyze conflicts of interest and provide recommendations for resolution - Communicate with attorneys and other staff to gather necessary information for conflict checks - Maintain accurate and up-to-date conflict check records - Supervise a team of Conflicts Analysts and provide guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement conflict check policies and procedures - Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to conflicts of interest - Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a conflicts analyst or similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience with conflict check databases and software - Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our company.
