Conflicts Analyst (New York)

A leading international law firm is looking for a Conflicts Analyst to join its Risk & Compliance team in New York. The ideal candidate for the role will have conflicts experience within a law firm environment. Key Responsibilities for the Conflicts Analyst role: Conduct comprehensive conflicts checks for prospective and existing clients, matters, and engagements in accordance with firm policies.

Review and analyse partner, associate, and client relationships to identify potential conflicts of interest. Provide guidance and support to attorneys and staff on conflicts-related issues. Assist with training and onboarding for new hires on conflicts procedures and compliance expectations.

Collaborate closely with Risk & Compliance, Legal, and Practice Group teams to resolve complex conflicts situations. Requirements: Experience in a conflicts ideally within a law firm environment. Strong understanding of US legal practice management and conflicts compliance procedures.
