Core Responsibilities Conduct thorough conflicts checks / screenings and review reports for potential conflicts of interest Maintain and update accurate, reliable database records Collaborate with conflicts team, attorneys, and General Counsel to resolve issues and support matter openings Communicate with attorneys and staff to gather information, clarify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy Validate conflicts check requirements to ensure policy and legal compliance Perform corporate research to verify entities and understand organizational structures Coordinate with accounting and internal teams to ensure data consistency Provide after-hours or weekend support as needed Follow firm policies, procedures, and operational standards Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, with ability to learn new systems (e.g., iManage) Understanding of conflicts processes in legal/professional services environments Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Exercise discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality Work effectively independently and collaboratively Flexible with scheduling based on business needs Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required 2+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services setting Experience in a conflicts department (Am Law 50 preferred
