In this role, you will help maintain our high standards of presentation, service, and care, while bringing the Chick-fil-A experience to our guests beyond the restaurant. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional hospitality, provide an affectionate guest experience, and communicate effectively through our delivery app to ensure expectations are met and exceeded. Practice safe driving and operate with urgency when delivering meals. Ensure guest satisfaction by protecting and defending our brand, addressing concerns promptly during deliveries. Maintain operational excellence in vehicles and delivery areas (cleanliness, speed, accuracy, food quality, care, and courtesy). Coordinate with shift supervisors to receive specific tasks and assignments. Comply with Chick-fil-A 59 and West Airport policies, including dress code.
