As a result of continued growth, we are currently seeking to add strength to our team in Edmonton, AB with the new position of: 'Licensed' Condominium Property Manager Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years experience in managing condo properties. Must have completed the 'Fundamentals of Condominium Management' course offered by RECA.

Must be either enrolled in, or have completed the 'Practice of Condominium Management' course offered by RECA. You must love dealing with people Problem solving along with strong organizational and negotiating skills is what will make you successful. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook (Yardi Property Management preferred but not required) Must have a vehicle and be able to travel between properties within your portfolio, within Edmonton and surrounding areas, on a weekly basis.

You will have crazy hours dealing with homeowners’ largest asset ever.
