As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, your responsibility will be to collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, ensuring they align with company objectives.

Your expertise in ITIL processes and infrastructure technology will be key in guiding enhancements across ServiceNow implementations, particularly in CMDB and CSDM.
