Role focus: SEBI compliance across PMS, AIF & Mutual Fund Distribution Regulatory filings, audits & inspections Review of investor docs, contracts & agreements Advising business teams on regulatory frameworks (SEBI, FEMA, corporate laws) Strengthening governance, risk & compliance processes Ideal profile: Should be a qualified company secretary 5–8 years of experience in SEBI-regulated financial services with strong regulatory interpretation and stakeholder management skills.
