We’re now looking for a Compliance Manager with strong expertise in the UK and/or German markets to help navigate complex regulatory landscapes. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how we bring products to market, translating regulatory requirements into clear direction across engineering, product, and external stakeholders.

What you will do You will be the go-to person for compliance in your markets, ensuring that requirements are understood, applied, and followed throughout the product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring and interpreting regulatory requirements, with a focus on the UK and/or Germany Acting as Easee’s point of contact towards regulatory bodies, notified bodies, and test houses Reviewing and maintaining technical documentation to ensure compliance with applicable standards Establishing and maintaining structures such as risk registers, conformity assessments, and validation plans Supporting product and engineering teams with clear, actionable compliance requirements Contributing to best practices for regulatory dialogue and compliance processes Who we are Easee is a Norwegian green-tech company founded on the belief that electrification should be effortless for everyone.

What’s in it for you A key role in shaping compliance in critical European markets High impact on how Easee scales and brings products to market Close collaboration with engineering, product, and external stakeholders A fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment contributing to the green transition Competitive salary and benefits package We believe you are a good match if you are Experienced in regulatory compliance , with strong knowledge of UK and/or German frameworks and authorities Structured and analytical , able to turn complex requirements into clear actions Collaborative , with the ability to work across disciplines and balance technical and commercial perspectives Proactive and ownership-driven , comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment Resilient and adaptable , with a high tolerance for complexity and change What you need to bring along 5–10+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or similar roles Experience with regulatory frameworks for consumer electronics or related industries Strong understanding of UK and/or German regulatory environments Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, quality, risk management, or similar (relevant experience may compensate) Experience working with certification processes, test houses, or notified bodies Fluency in English is required. Additional European languages are an advantage.
