Compliance Analyst

Job Title: IT Compliance Analyst (Hybrid) Location: Greater Chicago Area Employment Type: Full-Time Overview We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated IT Compliance Analyst to support ongoing technology compliance initiatives across various regulatory frameworks. In this role, you will be responsible for executing monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reviews, supporting audit processes, and maintaining documentation related to IT controls and access management. This position plays a key part in ensuring the organization meets internal standards and external regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute recurring compliance activities including user access reviews, termination audits, and privileged access monitoring Partner with business controllers, IT administrators, internal audit, and end users to validate data accuracy and completeness Assist in gathering, organizing, and reviewing evidence for internal and external audit requests Support documentation development and process improvement efforts for IT compliance and security controls Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regulatory compliance programs (e.g., SOX) Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall compliance function What You'll Bring 1–3 years of experience in IT, Information Security, or IT Compliance Familiarity with SOX compliance, CoBIT framework, and audit procedures Working knowledge of technologies such as Microsoft Active Directory, SQL, UNIX/Linux, and identity/access management tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field Experience working with internal/external auditors Understanding of financial systems and access control principles Work Environment & Physical Requirements Office-based or hybrid setting May require occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed to support individuals with disabilities Seniority level Associate Job function Information Technology Industries Airlines and Aviation, Aviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing, and Technology, Information and Media #J-18808-Ljbffr
