You will conduct market research, analyze compensation data, and maintain job descriptions in JDX. Collaborate with team members to enhance our compensation programs, ensuring U.S. workforce engagement and productivity. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct market research on compensation practices • Maintain the job description database in JDX • Assist with compensation survey submissions • Update and publish necessary compensation plan documents • Process invoices associated with compensation programs Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field • 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits • Working towards a compensation designation is a plus • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel • Strong attention to detail and effective communication Utilize your analytical skills to enhance Grainger's commitment to workforce well-being. #J-18808-Ljbffr
