Wholesome Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Part-time role. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalised nursing care to our participants within the community. You will be part of a team dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our participants, ensuring they feel heard, cared for, and valued.

Key responsibilities

Providing comprehensive nursing assessments and developing individualised care plans for participants

Administering medication, dressing changes, and other nursing interventions as required

Monitoring participant's health status and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties

Promoting participant independence and wellbeing through education and support

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, and coordinated care

Maintaining accurate and detailed participant documentation in accordance with professional standards

About you

Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

Experience working in a community or primary care setting is advantageous

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices

Experience in catheter changes is preferred, but not essential. Training can be provided for the right candidate

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants and their families

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Proficient in using technology, including electronic health records

Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of our participants

Demonstrated flexibility in working hours, with the ability to adapt schedule to meet business needs when required
