Overview of the role

The Community Engagement Analyst will drive the day-to-day remote execution of the Commercial Team's community-facing events, from executive dinners and sponsorships to client visits and sports experiences. From planning and vendor coordination through post-event surveys and results upload, this role owns the process end to end, gaining cross-functional exposure across events, logistics, and virtual coordination.

Key responsibilities

- Organizing Hosted Events, Sponsored Events, Golf Outings, and other experiences, from planning through execution and travel logistics.

- Coordinating virtual webinars, including agenda organization and host support.

- Ensuring attainment of the Community Engagement SLA.

- Providing ad-hoc support to other tasks within the Travel & Events Team.

Requirements

- Commercial Support: 1+ year of experience in commercial support, executive assistance, or reception.

- Operational Teams: 1+ year of experience in commercial operational teams.

- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.

Additional skills preferred

- Event Coordination: 1+ year of experience in these roles.

- Global Mobility: Background in travel or mobility.

- Executive Support: Experience as an Executive Assistant or in customer service.
