TL;DR: A relationship-first role where you become the public face connecting a fast-growing dairy-free dessert and beverage brand to the chefs, operators and distributors deciding what restaurants serve next. Key details: Role type: Full-time, fully remote Timings: 3:00 PM - 12:00AM IST About the opportunity We're hiring on behalf of a client (a premium dairy-free dessert and beverage company) that's building a brand-new category in foodservice, and they need someone to make sure the right people know they exist. You'll be the link between the brand and the people who decide what ends up on menus: operators, chefs, distributors, consultants and the trade media who cover them.

Some of this is content, but most of it is genuine relationship-building across LinkedIn, Instagram, events and industry communities. What you'll do Find and engage operators, chefs, consultants, distributors and influencers across LinkedIn, Instagram, events and podcasts Join the daily conversations around menu innovation, beverages, desserts and dairy-free trends Drive event follow-up before and after trade shows, turning introductions into actual relationships Build relationships across LinkedIn, Instagram, events, podcasts, newsletters, and industry communities Own the brand's LinkedIn and Instagram, from planning to posting to responding Turn customer wins and menu launches into spotlights, reels and case studies Amplify executive thought leadership so it reaches the people who matter Track competitor moves, emerging trends and notable menu innovations across hospitality and foodservice Share what you're seeing with sales and leadership so they can act on it Spot openings for partnerships, PR and speaking opportunities Assist with award submissions, podcast outreach and maintain relations with trade media Who we're looking for You've actually done 3 to 7 years across marketing, communications, social media, community management or PR You've run LinkedIn and Instagram business accounts and know what real engagement looks like (not just vanity metrics) You're a strong writer who can make a brand sound human You're organised and self-directed, happy owning your work without someone checking in You like starting conversations with strangers, and you're good at it You build influence through consistency and authenticity, not shortcuts Bonus points if you have Worked in foodservice, restaurants, hospitality, beverage or CPG Spent time at trade shows and industry events Basic Canva skills, plus photography or short-form video experience Used HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay or Apollo
