Finlay Jude Associates are working closely with as Tier 1 Contractor in the Wastewater Industry. Our client arelooking to strengthen their Construction team with an experienced Commissioning Engineer to support the successful delivery of complex wastewater and water recycling schemes across the region.This is an opportunity to work on high-value AMP7/AMP8 infrastructure projects that play a critical role in improving environmental compliance. Working within a multidisciplinary MEICA delivery team, you will be involved in the commissioning and optimisation of cutting-edge treatment technologies, control systems, telemetry solutions, and process automation equipment across a variety of clean water and wastewater sites.Projects will range from upgrades to existing treatment works through to full turnkey installations incorporating advanced PLC/SCADA systems, instrumentation, and process control technologies.Carry out Commissioning Engineers R&Rs and deliver schemes in a safe compliant manner.Review and monitoring of MEICA related Project risks.Attend commissioning systems inductions and tool box talks.Liaise with Design team to ensure plant commissioning requirements are incorporated at design stage and included in appropriate scope of works.Review of design deliverables, including FDS, equipment and instrument lists, P&IDs, control philosophy and telemetry requirementsReview and development of Compliance & Commissioning Plans in conjunction with design intentOversee and sign off FAT and SAT, and process witness tests.Assist in development of initial Commissioning Programme.Compile commissioning documentation and deliverables.Provide input into Commissioning Strategy Reviews and Documentation.Liaise with sub-contractors regards commissioning deliverables and interfaces.Assist O&M Coordinators in compilation and review of O&M Manuals.Distribute Commissioning Log / Daily Diarys and any other information from Engineers.Proven Electrical commissioning experienceExtensive site experience of water & or water recycling operationsPractical knowledge of water & or water recycling processesA valid clean UK driving licenseIf you are looking for a fantastic Commissioning Engineer opportunity and want to work for a leading national contractor with opportunities to progress, then click on the 'apply now button.Please note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a person's gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
