Job Description Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, leases, lease amendments, and related transaction documents Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, development transactions, leasing, asset management, joint ventures, and finance-related real estate matters Support complex office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, and portfolio real estate transactions Work closely with attorneys across the firm to move sophisticated deals forward efficiently and strategically Serve clients through the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions Communicate clearly with clients, opposing counsel, internal team members, and deal stakeholders Qualifications Georgia Bar admission in good standing required 4+ years of relevant commercial real estate legal experience preferred Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Experience with commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, joint ventures, or finance matters Ability to manage complex transactions in a collaborative team environment Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive work ethic Why You Will Love Working Here Focused commercial real estate practice with sophisticated, meaningful deal work Boutique environment with direct attorney collaboration and high visibility Hybrid flexibility in a strong Atlanta legal market Opportunity to work with experienced real estate lawyers and respected clients Benefits package includes health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and parental leave JPC-1374 Benefits: Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
