Commercial Property Associate – 4+ PQE

London | Full-Time | Hybrid

A leading and growing commercial property team is looking for an ambitious 4+ PQE Commercial Property Associate to join its practice.

This is a great opportunity to work on high-value, complex commercial property matters, with significant client exposure and close Partner involvement.

You’ll work across:

• Commercial acquisitions & disposals
• Landlord & tenant
• Property finance
• Corporate support transactions
• Asset management

We’re looking for:

• 4+ PQE Commercial Property experience
• Strong technical ability across core commercial property work
• Experience from a respected City, West End or leading regional firm
• Confidence managing your own caseload and client relationships
• A commercial, proactive approach and interest in business development

Experience acting for HNWIs, investors, developers, luxury retail or corporate clients would be advantageous.
