Commercial Property Manager

Our Surrey based property management client is currently looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join the team. Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 - $120,000. Benefits Work as part of a team within an established organization Onsite parking and close to public transportation Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial buildings Oversee and provide daily direction to the Facility Managers, Building Engineers and Operators Partake in walkthroughs and inspections of tenanted spaces Perform showings for existing and prospective tenants Work regularly with senior management and brokers to ensure all listings, marketing materials and programs are up-to-date Ensure all contracts are up-to-date, including semi-annual and annual tenders for all properties to remain competitive Ensure all properties are managed to the company’s standard and in accordance with the building’s budget Work on CapEx projects with senior management and property management group Work with tenants to resolve lease and property management issues in a timely and amicable fashion Oversee and manage projects including taking for tender, TI and construction related projects as required Trip to all the buildings to inspect and meet with Engineers and tenants Ensure monthly reporting is completed on time Ensure the rental payments are deposited right away upon receipt Qualifications Previous commercial property management experience Excellent oral and written communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
