The Role\n

Working alongside experienced and supportive practitioners, you'll gain exposure to a varied commercial property caseload, including:

• Off-the-plan transactions for buyers and developers
\n
• Commercial, industrial and retail leasing
\n
• Commercial property transactions
\n
• Subdivisions
\n
• Put and call option deeds
\n
• Assisting conveyancers with complex residential and commercial matters
\n
• A broad range of related property and commercial work
\n

Previous conveyancing experience across residential or commercial property will be looked upon advantageously, but it is not essential.

\n

While property law will be the primary focus, your career doesn't have to remain in one lane. If you're interested in developing experience across other areas of law, the firm will support you in exploring your interests and building a long-term, fulfilling legal career.

About You\n

You may be a recent law graduate, newly admitted lawyer or early-career lawyer with up to two years' PQE.

You will ideally bring:

• An interest in commercial & property law and transactions
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Excellent attention to detail across legal documents and client interactions
\n
• A client-focused, practical and solutions-driven approach
\n
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from a team that will support you 100%

• Confidence working in a progressive, technology-focused environment
\n
• Eligibility to work in Australia as a citizen or permanent resident
\n

Previous experience in property, leasing, conveyancing or commercial transactions will be valued but is not essential. The right attitude, initiative and desire to develop are equally important.
