Commercial Plumber

Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial plumbing systems in a professional and efficient manner. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems in a timely and professional manner Identify potential plumbing issues to prevent future breakdowns, leaks, and callbacks Install, maintain, and repair water, gas, steam, sanitary, and storm piping systems Repair or replace pipes, valves, drains, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing components Assemble and install pipe sections, tubing, fittings, and fixtures using proper tools and equipment Measure, cut, thread, bend, and install piping using hand tools, power tools, and pipe fabrication equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, building plans, and plumbing specifications Inspect plumbing systems and test for leaks using air and water pressure testing equipment Install plumbing fixtures and appliances including sinks, toilets, water heaters, and related equipment Install underground storm, sanitary, and water piping systems as needed Locate and mark pipe routes and openings for plumbing installations Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory in an organized and professional manner Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and team members Direct and assist apprentices or helpers on job sites when needed Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically at all times Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience as a Commercial Plumber required Valid plumbing license preferred (or ability to obtain based on local requirements) Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience with pipe installation, troubleshooting, and repair Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed Comfortable working in varying job site conditions Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle (if applicable) Opportunities for overtime Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Health benefits and PTO may be available based on employment status Schedule Full-Time Monday to Friday Overtime available based on workload and project needs Company Description Berkshire Mechanical Denny’s Electric is a full service mechanical and electrical contractor proudly based in Leesport, Pennsylvania.
