Commercial Manager – Minor Works Permanent Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial and contractual delivery of a minor works / facilities management framework , overseeing multiple small to medium‑value projects delivered through a diverse supply chain. What you’ll be doing Managing commercial delivery across multiple minor works projects Controlling budgets, forecasts, variations, and final accounts Reviewing contractor quotations and ensuring value for money Supporting procurement and negotiating commercial terms Administering NEC / JCT contracts and managing change control Producing cost reports, forecasts, and financial updates Acting as the key commercial interface with clients and delivery partners What we’re looking for Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor background Experience with minor works or FM frameworks Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts Comfortable managing high‑volume, low–medium value projects Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar RICS or equivalent professional membership (preferred) Apply now!
