Commercial Manager Bristol | Competitive Salary + Bonus | Hybrid Lead commercial strategy across complex, high-value Defence programmes. We’re supporting a rapidly growing organisation looking to appoint a Commercial Manager to take ownership of commercial delivery across a portfolio of complex programmes. This is a senior, high-impact role with real influence over contract strategy, risk management, and commercial decision-making.

The Role You’ll be responsible for leading the full contract lifecycle while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management Negotiate and manage complex, high-value agreements Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities Ensure compliance with procurement frameworks (e.g. Procurement Act, SSCR) Manage change control, claims, and disputes Collaborate with engineering, finance, legal, and operations teams ✅ What We’re Looking For Strong Commercial Management experience within Defence, Aerospace, or Public Sector Proven track record managing complex contracts Knowledge of DEFCONs/DEFSTANs and regulated environments Experience across contract types (Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, Frameworks) Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills MCIPS (desirable) Currently hold or are eligible for security clearance What’s on Offer Competitive Salary + bonus Hybrid working (3 days onsite in Bristol) Private medical + dental Pension + benefits platform Clear career progression opportunities Apply now or email [email protected] directly for a confidential discussion
