️ Commercial Manager – Major High-Rise Residential Scheme (Birmingham) Location: Birmingham Salary: Up to £110,000 basic + excellent package (car allowance, bonus, healthcare, pension) Employer: Leading Tier 1 Main Contractor / Developer About the Role An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Lead to take a leading role on a major multi-phase residential development in Birmingham. This landmark scheme will be delivered over a 5-year programme , consisting of multiple high-rise phases. The current phase , due to commence in September , will deliver approximately 200 residential units across two towers rising to 14 and 20 storeys .

Looking ahead, the final phase will introduce a signature high-rise tower of up to 37 storeys , further elevating the scale and profile of the development. This is a career-defining opportunity to take full commercial ownership of a long-term, high-value project — with a clear pathway to progress into a senior directorship role, overseeing future major regeneration scheme valued up to £2.5 billion . The Role As Commercial Manager , you will lead the full commercial function across the project, ensuring strong financial performance, contractual control, and delivery excellence across all phases.

You will work closely with senior leadership, project teams, and stakeholders, while managing and developing the commercial team to drive performance and project success.
