Commercial Manager (PR/007222) Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 3-4 days per week) Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest. Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially astute Commercial Manager to support the management of a major UK client engagement. This role will play a key part in ensuring strong financial control, accurate billing, and effective contract management, working closely with internal teams and vendors.

You will be part of a wider commercial function, collaborating with Finance, Account, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth day-to-day commercial operations. Key Responsibilities Contract & Commercial Management Support the management of client contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms Review and manage contractual documentation and commercial frameworks Assist in resolving any commercial queries or discrepancies Financial Control & Billing Manage quarterly purchase orders (POs) and track associated spend Oversee invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Reconcile billed vs. unbilled items and investigate discrepancies Support cash collection activities and work to improve cash flow Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Work closely with vendor managers to ensure alignment on costs and services Liaise with Finance, Account, and Delivery teams to maintain accurate financial reporting Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships Reporting & Analysis Provide regular reporting on commercial performance, billing status, and financial metrics Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement within commercial xwzovoh processes Key Requirements Proven experience in a commercial, finance, or contract management role Strong understanding of invoicing, purchase orders, and financial reconciliation Experience supporting cash collection and working capital management Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different functions High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment If this role aligns with your experience, please get in touch with Abigail at
