We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to join our client in a pivotal role that offers hybrid working options. Key Responsibilities Contract and commercial Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of key business contracts, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Growth: Support and manage both UK-based and international markets, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion. Team Leadership: Guide and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and drive business success.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain and Operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives for continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices throughout the business. What We Are Looking For Proven experience in managing contracts or pre-signature negotiation.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. A strategic thinker who can balance operational management with long-term business growth. Eligible for security clearance if not already cleared.
