Commercial HVAC Technician

Job Description Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: Installs and repairs various air quality systems. Main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services, PM, and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items. Rotate on weekends for emergency service calls ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: _Removing old systems _Installing new systems _Performing routine maintenance _Training junior Team Members _Communicating with clients and customers _Ordering and maintaining equipment _Meeting local HVAC codes _Locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment _Performing emergency repairs on equipment _Conducting warranty services _Customer Service Oriented _A professional working relationship with immediate supervisor The above list of essential functions is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: _HVAC repair/installation/ removal _3-4 yrs experienced Commercial/Industrial Air Conditioning _Ability to read and write employee communication pieces and routine business correspondence; speak effectively before customers and employees within organization Company Description Our customer base has grown rapidly over the last two years.
