What you’ll be doing Speaking with customers about overdue accounts Agreeing realistic and sustainable repayment plans Supporting customers with empathy while navigating challenging conversations Following up on missed payments and unpaid direct debits Keeping accurate records and working towards achievable targets Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies where needed What we’re looking for Experience in collections, debt recovery, or call centre (preferred) Resilience and confidence handling difficult conversations A fair and customer-first mindset Organised, detail-focused, and driven to succeed Why join?
