The Audit & Collections Analyst is responsible for reviewing financial data, tracking audit progress, and assisting with collection efforts to ensure compliance and timely resolution of outstanding accounts. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and distribute audit correspondence while maintaining accurate records Gather required documentation for auditors and monitor ongoing audit status Review audit findings and manage delinquent contributions or payment discrepancies Verify and process audit invoices and payments Communicate with clients to resolve delinquencies and reconcile account information Support internal and external teams with reporting and document management Track legal collection cases and maintain detailed follow‑up logs Recommend corrective actions for overpayments or inconsistencies Perform other administrative and analytical tasks as needed Qualifications: Experience: 2–3+ years in collections, auditing, or related accounting role Excel proficiency: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis Skills: Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred Plus: Experience with financial data or trust fund accounting Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Interview Process: One onsite interview with short Excel/math assessment Start Date: Approximately one week after offer Screenings: Credit, criminal, and drug background check required Free onsite parking Collaborative, professional office culture Hands‑on training with experienced accounting professionals Opportunity for permanent hire and career advancement Eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr
