Job Description Job Description CNC Programmer – Supervisor Track (Direct Hire) We’re partnering with a well?established U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in custom mechanical cable assemblies, fittings, and pulley systems to hire a CNC Programmer as a direct?hire . This organization is committed to moving quickly and views this role as a long?term leadership investment . This position is designed to evolve into a Supervisor role , with the opportunity to help build and lead a team over time.

It’s an excellent fit for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and growing into leadership while remaining hands?on.
