CNC / Manufacturing Engineer – Industrialization

We're looking for an Industrial Engineer with strong CNC machining and G-code experience to support the industrialization of new products, manufacturing processes and production technologies at our manufacturing site in Cotia, São Paulo (100% onsite)

In this role, you'll combine hands-on CNC expertise with industrial engineering and process improvement, helping translate product and process requirements into efficient, reliable and scalable manufacturing solutions including metal payment cards, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs and G-code for manufacturing processes.
• Support CNC equipment implementation, testing and qualification.
• Optimize machining processes, cycle times, tooling and production parameters.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to improve quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and suppliers on industrialization projects.

We're looking for professionals with experience in:

• CNC machining and programming
• G-code development, editing and optimization
• Manufacturing / Industrial / Mechanical Engineering
• Machining process optimization and troubleshooting
• Tooling, cutting parameters and production process improvement
• Equipment implementation, testing or qualification
• Technical drawing interpretation and manufacturing documentation
• Cross-functional collaboration in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience on the shop floor
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills

We offer:

• Salary: BRL 11,000–12,000/month + CLT benefits
• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
