What you'll do includes leading by example, providing hands-on care, ensuring quality & safety, training & onboarding caregivers, serving on the on-call rotation, and problem-solving in real time. What you'll bring includes 2+ years of professional caregiving, HHA, CNA, or home-health experience (lead/supervisory duties a plus), proven ability to coach peers and communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical staff, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to lift / transfer clients as needed, tech-savvy enough to document care notes in a mobile app or EMR, and being compassionate, ethical, and calm under pressure—professional in every scenario.
