This includes eating, bathing, elimination, ambulation, and positioning according to policy. Report pertinent information and/or changes in residents' conditions promptly to the charge nurse. Obtain vital signs, weights, calorie counts, intake, and output accurately.

Present each resident with a clean and neat appearance.
