Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Facility Management
Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of all club areas, including gym, locker rooms, pool, spa, studios, etc.
Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and contractors for repairs, servicing, and facility upgrades.
Ensure all equipment is regularly serviced and maintained in working condition.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, sanitation, and emergency protocols.
Club Operations
Manage day-to-day operations, including front desk, membership, and fitness teams.
Implement and monitor SOPs to ensure operational efficiency.
Track KPIs and drive strategies for revenue growth and member retention.
Manage inventory, procurement, and club supplies.
Staff Supervision & Development
Recruit, train, schedule, and manage club staff across various functions.
Ensure appropriate staff coverage and monitor performance.
Foster a positive team environment through coaching and development.
Member Engagement & Customer Service
Maintain high standards of customer service and member satisfaction.
Handle member concerns and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Organize events, challenges, and engagement initiatives to strengthen member retention and community.
Budgeting & Financial Oversight
Assist in preparing and managing club budgets.
Monitor revenue streams including memberships, personal training, and classes.
Control operational costs and review financial and operational reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
8–12 years of relevant experience in club management, hospitality, sports & leisure clubs, fitness centres, premium residential clubhouses, or facility management.
Proven experience managing multi-functional teams and daily operations.
Exposure to luxury hospitality, wellness, or community management will be preferred.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent customer service and member relationship management skills.
Expertise in facility and vendor management.
Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Knowledge of health, safety, and statutory compliance.
