Vipran Group is a growing real estate company specializing in farmhouse plotting projects and premium villas. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Closing Manager to join our sales team.

Position: Closing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle qualified leads and convert them into bookings and sales.
• Conduct customer discussions and understand their investment/property requirements.
• Follow up with prospects and negotiate effectively to close deals.
• Coordinate site visits and assist customers through the complete sales process.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a smooth closing experience.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Work closely with the sales and management team to maximize conversions.

Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of experience in real estate sales/closing preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Proven ability to close high-value property deals.
• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
• Experience with plots, farmhouses, villas, or residential projects will be an advantage.
