Job Description: Closing Manager (Real Estate) Location: Noida / Ahmedabad Experience: 3–4 Years (Specific Real Estate Sales Closing experience required) Role Objective- We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Closing Manager to join our sales force. The ideal candidate is a "deal-maker" who excels at converting leads into sales through persuasive presentations and expert negotiation. A deep understanding of the Dholera SIR market is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities- • Deal Closure: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth bookings and closures and take ownership of the final stages of the sales funnel, negotiate terms and successfully close the deals. • Sales Presentations: Conduct professional virtual presentations and on-site visits to showcase project USPs. • Market Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of Dholera investment potential, statutory regulations, and future growth prospects to prospective clients. • Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with HNI and retail investors, ensuring a seamless transition from "interested" to "invested." • Travel & Site Visits: Frequent travel to project sites and meeting clients across different locations. Candidate Requirements- • Education: Graduate in any stream. • Experience: 3–4 years in Real Estate Sales.
Specific experience in Dholera property sales (Virtual or On-site) is a major advantage. • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and "soft-selling" skills. Must be highly convincing and persistent. • Logistics: Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license. • Mobility: Must be open to travel for client meetings and site visits if required. • Mindset: A closer’s instinct—capable of handling objections and driving the sense of urgency.
