About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator Interns who are interested in building a career in clinical research. The selected candidates will receive practical exposure to clinical trial coordination, documentation, regulatory requirements, and clinical research processes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Clinical Research Coordinators in day-to-day clinical trial activities.
- Support patient visit scheduling and trial-related coordination.
- Maintain and organize clinical trial documents and study files.
- Assist with Case Report Form (CRF/eCRF) data collection and documentation.
- Support data entry and verification of clinical trial information.
- Assist in maintaining Trial Master File (TMF) and Investigator Site File (ISF) documentation.
- Follow study protocols, SOPs, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with investigators, study teams, patients, and other clinical research personnel.
- Assist with preparation of study-related reports and records.
- Support monitoring visits, audit preparation, and regulatory documentation when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy of clinical research data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of clinical research concepts.
- Good documentation and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to learn clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
