This includes: the first point of contact for the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service (GCHHS) Mental Health Service to provide education, support, information, advice and referral. Telephone triage, crisis intervention, clinical assessment-in reach into emergency departments and community via Co-responder teams, screening admissions to public mental health inpatient services.
