Clinical Nurse Adviser - Leeds

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Advisor to support patients and healthcare professionals as part of our Homecare Programme. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll provide education, clinical support, and patient care to adult/paediatric patients. Deliver clinical care in accordance with service protocols, through both face-to-face and virtual consultations. Provide education and clinical support to patients, families, and carers regarding treatment plans. Conduct service audits and offer feedback to enhance patient care quality. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to establish and maintain strong working relationships. Monitor and report adverse events and clinical incidents in line with company policies. Ensure proper maintenance and management of clinical equipment and materials. Participate in team meetings, contributing to the sharing of best practices for service improvement.
