Clinical Data Analyst

Seeking Immediate Joiners or Notice Periods Less Than 15 Days! We are looking for a Clinical Data Analyst who has hands‑on experience analyzing and interpreting clinical trial data to generate insights and support decision‑making. This role is not focused on clinical data management, systems administration, SDTM/CDISC programming, ETL pipelines, or dashboard‑only reporting.

Instead, you will work with existing clinical trial datasets to validate analytical outputs, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and make reasoned recommendations based on what the data shows (and what it does not). If your strength is asking “Does this data make sense, and what should we do with it?” rather than “How do I load or standardize this data?”, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Analyze clinical trial datasets across the trial lifecycle to support insight generation and decision‑making Validate data outputs and analytical logic , identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or data quality limitations Interpret trial outcomes , such as efficacy, safety, endpoints, survival metrics, or response data Compare different analytical approaches and clearly explain pros, cons, and recommendations Work with clinical data sources (including CTMS data as a data consumer , not system implementer) to assess completeness and usability Independently explore datasets during early analysis phases and surface meaningful insights Communicate findings clearly through Excel, written summaries, and PowerPoint for cross‑functional stakeholders Collaborate with product, analytics, or data engineering teams by providing analytical judgment and feedback , not by building pipelines What We’re Looking For (Must‑Have) 3–6 years of experience working analytically with clinical trial data in pharma, biotech, CRO, or clinical research environments Hands‑on experience interpreting clinical trial datasets , not just managing or cleaning them Strong understanding of clinical trial concepts (trial phases, arms, endpoints, inclusion/exclusion criteria, outcomes) Demonstrated ability to identify data issues and explain their impact on analysis or decisions Experience validating data outputs and analytical logic Working knowledge of SQL for analysis (querying, validating results) Strong communication skills — able to explain insights, assumptions, and limitations clearly Nice to Have Experience with oncology or other complex therapeutic areas Exposure to real‑world data (RWD) or trial intelligence / landscape analysis Familiarity with Python for exploratory analysis Experience working with global or cross‑functional teams What This Role Is Not To be very clear, this role is not focused on: ❌ SDTM / CDISC / ADaM programming ❌ Clinical data management (CDM), query management, database lock, or UAT ❌ ETL, data pipelines, or data engineering ❌ CTMS, EDC, or system implementations/configurations ❌ BI‑only roles focused primarily on dashboards without clinical trial interpretation Profiles primarily centered on clinical operations, monitoring, or systems support will not be a fit.
