About the Role The role involves managing clinic sales and operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning while driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities Manage clinic sales and operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Plan and track monthly sales targets to drive revenue growth. Ensure SOP adherence, compliance, and strong Process & Mystery Audit performance.

Oversee inventory and cash management with accuracy and control. Deliver excellent customer service to improve satisfaction and retention. Lead and support teams to maintain a high-performance work environment.

Qualifications Minimum Graduation required. Required Skills Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in sales tracking and inventory management.
