Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Director to lead our team and oversee daily operations.

This leadership role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment, is passionate about patient outcomes, and is ready to guide a high‑performing team while shaping the future of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership by overseeing patient evaluations, treatment planning, and care delivery to ensure high‑quality, evidence‑based practice across the clinic

Review physician referrals, patient histories, and medical records to support appropriate treatment decisions and maintain clinical excellence

Supervise and mentor clinicians, assistants, and rehabilitation technicians, ensuring adherence to established protocols and fostering professional growth

Support complex patient cases through direct care as needed, modeling best practices and reinforcing clinical standards

Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, workers’ compensation reports, discharge summaries, and incident reports

Develop and monitor individualized plans of care, treatment goals, and outcome measures to maintain exceptional patient results

Promote effective communication among staff, patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners to support seamless care coordination

Oversee clinic operations, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and quality assurance initiatives

Contribute to strategic planning, performance metrics, and clinic growth efforts to enhance patient access and overall clinic performance

Qualifications

Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy.

Current or upcoming state of Wisconsin Physical Therapy license and CPR certification

Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learn

Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment

Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
