Client Success Manager

The Client Success Manager at Nandi Nivesh Private Limited owns the complete client journey - from the first financial planning conversation through onboarding, portfolio reviews, and ongoing servicing. This is a relationship-first role that demands financial knowledge, empathy, and the discipline to follow through. You will manage your own book of clients independently, with full support from our senior team during your training period.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planning discussions with new clients - understand their goals, time horizon, and risk appetite.
• Complete end-to-end client onboarding including documentation and KYC coordination
• Build and present customised investment proposals aligned to client goals and risk profile
• Manage ongoing client relationships through periodic portfolio reviews and proactive communication
• Handle client servicing requests including transactions, redemptions, switches, and queries
• Maintain accurate client records and track portfolio performance against goals
• Ensure all client interactions meet regulatory and compliance standards

Qualifications

• MBA in Finance (mandatory) or graduate with relevant experience in financial services
• NISM Series V-D certified, or willing to complete within 3 months of joining (prior holders preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills - comfortable having in-depth financial conversations with clients
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Self-driven and accountable - you will manage your client book independently
• Prior exposure to mutual funds, wealth management, or financial planning is an advantage
