RevSolz Corp. is looking for a Client Success Engineer/Specialist in Calgary. The primary role is to serve as the main point of contact for business accounts, develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients, and maintain strong relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Client Acquisition – Participate in discovery calls with prospects to understand operational pain points and identify opportunities for pilots, field trials, and upsells.

Oversee customer account management – Develop new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits. Collaborate cross‑functionally – Work closely with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with products and services. Ensure delivery to customers – Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Requirements Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Familiarity with CRM software preferred. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C‑level.
